TERMS & CONDITION

Al-Fatih Hall​

1. Reservation based on availability and reservation confirmation through deposit payment.

 

2. A reservation deposit (50%) of the rental amount is required to "lock" the date and the rest must be paid within 3 days before the reservation date.

 

An additional security deposit payment of RM100/day must be paid as collateral in the event of any damage or misuse by the tenant. (Refundable within 48hrs after event)

 

3. Cancellation of the reservation is only allowed not later than 14 working days before the reservation date otherwise the deposit will be forfeited. However, the clients are given flexibility to postpone the event to another date within 6 months from the date of cancellation.

 

4. Equipment, space and cleanliness are the tenant's responsibility. Any damage or misuse and loss of goods will be deducted from the secure deposit payment.

 

5. Participants are advised to maintain cleanliness outside and inside the seminar room as well as the toilet and surau and its surroundings

 

6. Cigarettes, vaping and liquor are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED while inside our premises.

 

7. An additional charge per hour will be charged if the event continues after 30 minutes after the end of the rental period.

 

8. An additional charge of RM 50 will be charged for other layout set up.

 

9. Any outside food and drink are not allowed at all unless we have been contacted/notified.

 

10. An additional CLEANING FEE of RM50/day will be charged per booking.

 

11. We reserve the right to amend or change any conditions and reservations.
